We train young people in technical and commercial apprenticeship programs. Our practice-based training programs take these newcomers through all important areas of their chosen profession and teach them both specialist know-how and interpersonal skills.

We support students and graduates by offering shorter or longer-term work placements and supervising dissertations (Master/engineering degree.) for instance in our engineering division SONDEV. We also offer undergraduates internships.
